Cullasaja Club is an
Arvida Community featuring an Arnold Palmer designed championship golf
course with an elegant clubhouse providing fine dining and fitness rooms for
it's equity member. Behind a secure, single entrance gatehouse, the
private facilities include a driving range, six lighted tennis courts (both
clay and hard surface), lap pool and children's wading pool, plus access to
Lake Ravenel for fishing, canoes and rowboats. In addition to single
family homes and home sites, Cullasaja Club also offers overlook, lake and
fairway villas and cottages. |

the Spring of 2004, construction began on several Timber
Frame additions. Using planed smooth Eastern White
Pine, a timber frame dining terrace, a heavy timber
pavilion, and a heavy timber gable porch and transition
were erected. The pavilion has hammer beam bents
in the center with the end bents having square sections
