This is John Ricketson's home, which he also uses as a model and office. It was originally built in 1988 using one of Hearthstone's standard plans, The Pioneer, which he modified to suit his lifestyle. You can see the original floor plan and the modifications that were made below. For an appointment to see this home, please fill out the information request form or call me to set up a visit. All of Hearthstone's standard plans can be customized to suit your family's needs. This home can be seen almost anytime John is not out on the road at jobsites. Call for a convenient time to visit.

Modifications to Standard Pioneer Plan
First Floor Plan After Modifications	Changes: Back bedroom was deleted to enlarge kitchen and create laundry room. Moved bathroom to enlarge remaining bedroom.	Second Floor Plan After Modifications	Changes: Middle dormer deleted, bathroom enlarged and moved to enlarge master bedroom and create walk-in closet. Approx. Total S/F: 2500
